Homelessness is a year round issue that needs to be addressed. People that are homeless will most likely commit to crime, because it is almost impossible for homeless people get a job. Think about it, a job application requires a home address, phone number to get in contact with and social insurance number. Those are all things a homeless person lacks. The origin of homelessness can be traced all the way back to colonial America. Homelessness arise during the American Revolution and Civil War. It is still an ongoing issue today in the City of Philadelphia. It has become a problem today due to factors such as, unemployment, insecure jobs, low incomes, addictions, and mental issues. There are specific statistics that illustrates the magnitude of the issue. According to Penn Current, there are approximately five thousand individuals that are homeless in Philadelphia. An article written by RRI, mentioned that there are one point five million people living in Philadelphia and almost twenty-six percent are below poverty level. Newswork provided the statistic showing forty percent homeless youths are LGBT. The Privacy Rule ensures that various healthcare providers have policies and procedures as to different ways to protect a patient’s information. These various healthcare workers have requirements that are flexible to permit different healthcare workers to implement them as necessary for their practice. Further, the employees must be provided flexibility in choosing the work that has been comfortable. Community: They companies must bring people to their website through social media. They should cultivate stories about how they could use services and products. Lastly, the must generate their strategies in due time (Fischer Reuber, 2014). Governance: A documented and clear segregation between the responsibilities and roles of shareholders must be established ("What is the Difference between a Nonprofit Organization and a Benefit Corporation?", 2017). An Authority Matrix must be implemented. Further, education must be provided to the board members. For advertising: For advertising strategic management plans or business strategies are to be written efficiently along with the advertising and marketing tips. The relationship between the value proposition of the organization and the target audiences has been more complicated for the social enterprises ("What is the Difference between a Nonprofit Organization and a Benefit Corporation?", 2017). This is because of the range of the stakeholders involved often. While identifying the external ones, it must be helpful to use the various categories. This must cover the kind of stakeholders for the social enterprise. The specific project must have the emphasis on multiple groups. This must depend on what the twenty organizations have been doing (Shiller, 2013). Conclusion: Thus the study has analyzed the data as per as the Twitter posts of the organizations. These organizations are considered under the B Corps. The discussion has evaluated the governance section including the overall transparency, accountability, ethics and mission. The worker's division has demonstrated that the contribution of the twenty organizations wellbeing including the topics regarding the benefits, compensation, safety, ownership and job flexibility. The community section has demonstrated the community engagement and the effect including the issues regarding job creation, supplier relations, charitable community service and the local involvement. As per as the environment section is considered the overall stewardship of the environment is discussed including the usage of the resource, facilities, distribution of channels and supply chain. Lastly, the organizations whose services and products are designed to indicate any specific social problem through and for the customers are evaluated. It has been focusing on the effect of the service or product and the extent to which it has been beneficial to the underserved communities.
